Laelia purpurata 'Schristeriana'



The genus Laelia (L) has a few species in Mexico and parts of Central America.
Laelia purpurata grows in Brazil and needs a dry winter rest. It is fragrant, cool to hot growing and needs bright light. It can bloom any time from late spring into fall.


This plant is in sphagnum over peanuts in a 5 1/2-inch clay pot.
