Encyclia lancifolia
The genus Encyclia (Encycl) contains 240 species that grow throughout all of tropical America and the West Indies. They prefer intermediate conditions and a long, dry winter rest.
Encyclia lancifolia OrchidSpecies.com is a bit vague about this. It seems to equate it with Anacheilium cochleatum but that doesn't make sense to me.
